    Waterrose Creations was founded more in a small town in Maine called Houlton by Jeanie Winchester. We've been in business now for more than twelve years. 
     After a two years sabbatical due to health problems and a major switch from Houlton, Maine to Palm Coast, Florida, Jeanie and her staff along with her consultants are once again going strong, bringing you the freshest handmade products available on the net today.
    

    Jeanie Winchester (aka: Athena) is a 40 year old mother of two, who lives in Palm Coast, Florida.  She has been making bath & body goods for more than twelve years. 
     Houlton, Maine and it's surrounding rolling hills are known for it's lush foliage and country atmosphere. This kind of down home feeling is still put into every product made by the hands of the staff here at WC.
