We accept Cash (for home delivery), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Electronic Check, Postal Money Orders & C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery). We have a credit card processor separate from Paypal, so you do not need a Paypal account to use your Credit Card. Our site has a SSL Security Certificate from GoDaddy (please scroll down on your left hand side and click on the GoDaddy certificate to verify). C.O.D. orders must be over $50.00 NET (total AFTER gift certificates or coupon codes and before shipping.) for us to ship it, because of the high cost of sending packages C.O.D.
We use USPS & sometimes UPS for our domestic orders, and a variety of carriers for our customers in Great Britain, Australia, and Canada. We use actual shipping rates for the estimated weight of the shipment. Actual shipping costs may vary slightly from the shipping charges. We do charge a $1.50 handling fee to cover the cost of boxes or envelopes, bubble wrap, tape, and other packing materials and a $.50 cent delivery confirmation fee.
Customer Guarantee & Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with any of our items you may return for replacement only, within 3 days of receiving the item you must notify us via email at: returns@waterrosecreations.com, we do not offer refunds, only replacements or credit on a future purchase, but item must be returned to us to receive said credit or replacement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns after 30 days will NOT be accepted! This policy is strictly enforced. You must also report any shortages or mistakes in the order to Waterrose Creations within three days receipt of order. At that time, we will investigate the claim and will apply credit towards your next order. NO refunds. Also, items can only be returned if in same condition as when purchased or shipped! All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
When you return an item, please be sure to package it carefully and properly, if possible in the same box with same packing materials it came with and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and sent postage paid. We will not accept items sent postage due. Due to manufacturing changes or improvements, packaging of products may vary from those pictured or described on our website. Order Cancellations:
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, provided the products have not been made yet and within THREE days of placing order, you may cancel and receive a refund less bank processing charge, approx. 10% of total amount. If candles have been made, then only 50% of total will be refunded (to cover cost of materials used). We do not accept cancellations if your order has been shipped already!
In the event of a dispute, including claim of non-receipt or charge-back, we may provide personal information and details of transactions to any individual or organization we deem appropriate to help resolve, prevent further abuse or bring prosecution for fraud or other charges.
Unauthorized returns subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, less shipping and handling and will not be refunded at all if not in saleable condition or as determined by Waterrose Creations. Payment options: We gladly accept major credit cards online, currently MasterCard and Visa. In the event a credit card charge is disputed as fraudulent, unrecognized, unauthorized or any other reason, we will turn the matter to our collections department. Collections from chargeback's will result in a $25.00 additional collection fee in addition to the original purchase price payable by money order or cashiers check only. In the event the chargeback is not resolved in a timely manner we may turn the matter over to law enforcement agencies or other collection agencies and may result in additional fees due including but not limited to attorneys fees and court costs.
