     Please note that we strive to be perfect but we do fall short (very short).  So, if we do mess something up or anything looks not quite right, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate/correct the situation.
     Please note also, that we can not always answer the phone.  We spend most of the day putting orders together, and if we were always answering the phone we would never be able to fill the orders.  So emailing us is the best and fastest way we can address a question/problem/order or concern.
